With deflating IT budgets and data amounts increasing each day, IT personnel are forced to run data centers with fewer resources. A key offering in the Smarter Storage for Smarter Computing initiative is the updated Storwize* V7000, which now offers IBM Real-time Compression technology. IBM introduced Storwize V7000 in October 2010 as one of its midrange storage offerings. It’s a multitiered, scalable solution with performanceimproving power, flexibility and functionality. Its ease of use makes it a popular solution.
