Growing server disk-storage needs cause some minor issues. What will be the next big thing for your business? Moving to VMware vSphere 4 and an operating-system upgrade to IBM i 6.1 in our Power Systems* environment. What’s your favorite IBM product and why? The IBM BladeCenter* H. This device and all of the servers and networking it can hold is a data center in a box. We can do so many things with it, for so little money. What’s your favorite part of your day? When there are no calls on the help desk. What business skill would you most like to acquire or improve? I’d like to improve my project management. If you weren’t in IT, what job would you want? I’d probably be teaching at a university or tech school somewhere. I love to teach! What’s your favorite activity outside of work? Right now, it’s spending time with my infant son, Ryan. He’s already taught me a few things. What’s the best movie you’ve seen recently? Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen. My guilty pleasure is ... Italian food, specifically chicken parmigiana.
